go in skype settings, tools, options, advanced parameters, connection. Unthick use port 80 and 443.

Install wamp server

in the WWW directory extract each packs in a file of the name of the pack. For future pack installation, always have WEB_ in front of the pack name.

in the www directory edit index.php with notepad++ or similar tool. 

the line 
$suppress_localhost = true;

should become
$suppress_localhost = false;

Save the file.

Run wamp, start all services. If not start, then use the restart all service. then choose the local host and the pack you want to play with.


To change the status:

open CGI_simulator.php in cgi-bin folder:

Find: $_ui_status 

Change to : = [0,0,0x00002000,0,0,0,0,0]; for system ready, GPS 1 recieved
change to: = [0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0] for system ready
